Dr. Qamar graduated with his Medical Degree from King Edward Medical University in Lahore, Pakistan in 1997, giving him over two decades of experience in his field. After obtaining his Medical Degree he relocated to the United States where he completed his residency with the University Of Texas Medical Branch. Dr. Qamar is affiliated with Inpatient Consultants of Texas PLLC and Memorial Hermann Health System where he holds an expertise in internal medicine and cardiac care. To stay up to date in his field, he remains a professional member of the American College of Physicians and the American Heart Association.
